Litigation Practice for Lawyers Yearbook

As it does every year, Albors Galiano Portales contributes ot the ‘Yearbook of Litigation Practice for Latwyers’ published by ARANZADI LA LEY, compiling the most relevant and arbitration cases from large law firms.

The article “The problem of objective jurisdiction in civil law. Special reference to maritime and transport law’ is our contribution this year. Javier Portales and Jorge Llovo review a recent decision by the Provincial Court of Cádiz which sets out a possible criterion for the division of jurisdiction between the specialised commercial courts and the courts of first instance. This continues the firm’s collaboration with the publisher, which began several years ago.
