Practising lawyer since 1991, specialising in matters related to shipping law; shipping accidents and marine insurance, and land and air transport law. Arbitrator in commercial and maritime matters.
Lecturer in shipping law at the Spanish Maritime Institute and on master’s degree courses organised by the Barcelona Nautical School and the Valenciaport Foundation. Author of numerous publications related to shipping law and insurance and reinsurance law.
He is involved in institutions related to shipping law as a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Maritime Law Association and as a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club.
