Professional practice

Practising lawyer since 2008, with experience in providing comprehensive advice on commercial and corporate law to domestic and international clients in various sectors (industrial, mining, chemical, family businesses, tourism and hotels, etc.). M&A transactions, sale and purchase of shares, stakes, real estate, assets, etc., due diligence processes, corporate restructuring and structural modifications (mergers, spin-offs, etc.), incorporation of companies, opening of branches, modification of articles of association, secretarial services, civil and commercial contracting, preparation of legal reports on various issues, directors’ liability, corporate governance, etc.

Extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration before the most prestigious arbitration institutions (ICC, CAM, CIMA, CEA, ICAM), advising clients in pre-litigation situations, in arbitration proceedings under both law and equity, and in judicial proceedings related to arbitration (action to set aside the arbitral award, exequatur, enforcement, etc.). Administrative secretary of arbitration tribunals in ≈30 arbitrations.

Ana joined the firm in 2024 and works in the Madrid office.
