Balearia: a historic agreement to acquire most of the routes operated by Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea

Our firm had the honour of advising on and managing the shipping aspects of this transaction, led by Carlos Sanlorenzo, Jaime Albors, Jaime de Pablos Carmona and Ana Navarro de Palencia Zulaica.

Two strategic axes have guided this operation: the territorial cohesion of our country, ensuring the connection between the islands and the Peninsula, and the creation of a large Spanish shipping company prepared to face the challenges of the future.
