Practising lawyer since 2022, specialising in matters related to shipping law, carriage of goods by land, insurance and reinsurance law. Member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Maritime Law Association. He serves as a tutor in the Specialist Course in International Shipping law offered by ICADE in collaboration with the IME.

Jorge joined the firm in 2021 and works in the Madrid office.

75th Anniversary Award from the Spanish Maritime Law Association for his work “Articles 251 and 468 of the Maritime Navigation Act and their compatibility with European Union law. Highlights and lowlights of the Judgment of the Court of Justice of 25 April 2024 on the enforceability against third parties of choice of court clauses inserted in bills of lading“.
